Requirements
- Manage Sage Intacct software implementation projects by providing proactive client consulting, project planning, leadership and ensuring a high quality of service delivery and satisfied clients
- Document processes, timelines and deliverables leveraging appropriate tools and resources
- Conduct in-depth client business process reviews meetings and prepare solution designs to meet complex system requirements
- As the subject matter expert on the solution, provide guidance and direction to both internal implementation team and client implementation team
- Develop financial and operational reports for clients.
- Conduct end-user training for both clients and internal team members
- Import and assist clients in validating historical data from legacy systems
- Provide high-quality, timely customer service and support
- Assist in developing and nurturing internal community of expertise and knowledge base in Sage Intacct solutions
- Assist with continuous improvement efforts for internal processes and documentation
- Identify and recommend new strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's degree, with a strong preference for accounting, finance, CIS or related area is required. Master's degree, with a strong preference for accounting, is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the Sage Intacct application with a minimum of 3 years of Sage Intacct implementation experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Sage Intacct implementation project management experience
- Ideal candidate would have experience with the following additional software platforms{{{{:}}}} Sage Intacct Budgeting and Planning, Martus Software, Microsoft - SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effectively explains Sage Intacct features through online and in-person presentations
- Creatively identifies and utilizes effective communication methods and channels
- Diplomatically handles complex topics, varied audiences, difficult questions, continuous objections, and unexpected situations
- Actively seeks, discusses, and listens to information and ideas from others
- Strong customer service/customer-centric mindset
