Retail Sales Associate - Full-time & Part-time
- Position: Sales of hunting-related products - Provide great customer service by greeting, consulting, educating, and assisting customers with locating merchandise for their purchase.
- Shift(s): Summer Hours, Monday- Saturday, 9-5 (5-day work week); Winter Hours, Monday- Saturday 9-5, Sunday 11-4 (6-day work week)
Hourly Wage: Ranges $12.00 to 14.00, If Experienced

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Engage customers with a pleasant and helpful attitude each interaction
- Assist customers with product selection
- Complete 4473 forms accurately and efficiently for gun sales.
- Answer phones.
- Run cash register.
- Learn about the products we sell and their key features.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
- Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management, which may at times include assisting in other departments.
- Work as team member with co-workers
- Assist in maintaining overall department by cleaning, straightening, and recording inventory.
- All other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good verbal and written communication
- Must possess customer service skills, math skills, writing skills
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Basic knowledge of sporting goods is helpful
- Be detail oriented
- Sales experience helpful- Will Train
- The ability to work closely with customers and co-workers
- Multi- tasking abilities
- Must be flexible with job description - may need to clean/stock shelves, run the cash register, and do additional jobs
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
- A high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma are recommended
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must provide references
- Must pass Criminal Background Check
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Must pass random drug screening
