Salesforce Developer

Grid Dynamics is looking for a Salesforce Developer for a full time opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and development of application from requirements analysis to production.
• Constantly improve software quality (evaluate and incorporate new libraries, tools, and technologies; code reviews; refactoring; testing; etc.)
• Analyze and improve application performance
• Search for simple and robust solutions to complex task
• sWork in an Agile methodology environment where innovation, teamwork, and creativity are the key to success

Requirement

• You will have 5 years experience in Salesforce development: Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing
• Have strong knowledge about best practices and Salesforce limits
• Understand the pros and cons of declarative and code programming
• You have excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• You should have experience working on Salesforce platform with at least Sales Cloud, other products as a plus
• Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companie
• Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integrations.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment
• Have Salesforce Developer Certifications
• Be flexible, open minded, self-driven and proactive

Would be a plus:

• Software engineering skills with Java and Python is a plus but not mandatory
