We are an innovative esports startup building a vibrant social platform that connects gamers globally. We’re looking for a talented Senior Front-End Developer who is passionate about esports, user experience, and modern web development. You will play a key role in shaping the front-end architecture, crafting interactive interfaces, and driving engagement for a rapidly growing community of esports enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Front-End Architecture & Development : Lead the design and implementation of responsive, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces using Flutter and React. Work closely with design and product teams to translate user needs into beautiful, functional web and mobile experiences.
  • Component Development & Reusability : Develop modular, reusable UI components that provide a seamless experience across both web and mobile platforms.
  • User Experience Optimization : Continuously enhance the user experience through performance improvements, new feature development, and accessibility considerations.
  • Real-Time Features for Social Interactions : Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate real-time social features such as chat, notifications, and live event interactions using modern front-end technologies.
  • Agile Development & Fast Iterations : Thrive in a dynamic startup environment with the ability to learn and adapt quickly as the tech stack evolves. Implement new features and improvements rapidly in response to user feedback.
  • Code Quality & Testing : Maintain high code quality through best practices, comprehensive testing, and code reviews. Focus on maintainability, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and back-end engineering, to deliver a cohesive and engaging user experience.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience in front-end development, building interactive and high-performance user interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Flutter and React, with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience with both frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6 ), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with responsive design and development for mobile and web platforms.
  • Familiarity with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Provider) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
  • Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies and fast-paced environments.
  • Passionate about gaming, esports, and creating social features that foster community engagement.

    Pay : $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
