Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced technical solutions for clients' data networks, adhering to industry-approved best practices
- Lead complex projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth
- Execute internal and client-facing technical requests, effectively resolving escalated issues and providing expert guidance
- Develop and refine standards, procedures, and technical documentation to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
- Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of clients' infrastructure, proactively identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimization strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Relevant technical certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, VCP, CISSP, or equivalent
- 8 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Managed Services and a proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex IT solutions
- Expertise in Windows Server family, Microsoft Cloud Solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure), and current Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
- Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals, including hands-on experience with firewalls, managed switches, routers, wireless infrastructure, and network security best practices
