Management / Business Operations Specialist Location : Hawaii Work Type : Onsite
Clearance : TS / SCI Responsibilities : Management / Business Operations Specialist - Coordinates processes to ensure that information systems support departmental business operational needs. Gathers data to contribute to the development of business plans and strategies. Recommends process improvement for daily operating procedures. Coordinates business functions that may involve participation from multiple business units. Advises on and improves work methods, procedures, manpower use, work distribution, management controls, and documentation systems. Experience Summary : Coordinated the development and updates of Standard Operating Procedures and instructional materials that allows the team to easily cross-train and disseminate guidance, when needed. Simplified the process of the Weekly Status Review CDRL submission, identified key metrics, and reduced submission line errors by 95 %. Conducted the monthly invoice reconciliation for approximately 500 practitioners that are regularly approved with a -1% variance Qualifications :
Years of Experience : 17
Degree(s) : MBA, BS Business Administration
Certification(s) : PMP, CSM- Certified Scrum Master. Clearance : TS / SCI Eligible Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation and Benefits :
Salary Range : $100,000-150,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
