About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled All Source Analyst to join our team at Gridiron IT. As an All Source Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research, create intelligence products, and conduct intelligence briefings on request based on MCIA's Program of Analysis (POA) and customer-driven requests for information (RFIs).
- Analyze signals and associated emitters utilizing Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) data sources, tools, and techniques.
- Maintain situational awareness of and analyze the assigned portfolio.
- Develop structured research including obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within security and data protocols.
- Demonstrate ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrates working knowledge of the concepts involved in the specific functions outlined in the specified labor category description.
- Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
- Demonstrates ability to use logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information.
- Demonstrates understanding of interpreting analysis to include its meaning, importance, and implications.
