Job Description

Design, provision, operate and maintain multi-domain transport services available to Army MI Cloud tenants as Infrastructure as Code, ensuring cybersecurity compliance.

Responsibilities

Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology related area of study. 6 years of experience implementing IT systems may substitute for academic degree.
• 7 years hands-on software development experience with programming, scripting, or markup languages, that may include golang, Java, JavaScript, Bash, Ansible, Python, C, JSON, or YAML.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with design, research, development, and implementation of network solutions, resolution of networking issues, load balancing, firewalls, routing, DNS
• 1 year hands-on experience with provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of software and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) in a DevSecOps and continuous delivery environment using tools such as terraform, CloudFormation
• 2 years hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services; Hands-on experience with AWS Direct Connect (DX) and TGWs
• 2 years hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• 1 year hands-on experience with Linux operating systems, command-line interfaces, firewalls, including Palo Alto, Cisco CSRs
• Active Top Secret clearance, SCI eligibility
• Compliance with DoDD 8570.01-M IA certifications; IAT Level II baseline and computing environment certifications such as Security and an AWS certification within 30 days of start

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI Clearance is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $120,000 - $210,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
