Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining a positive attitude.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Prior customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory).
