The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing the Partner Crews to ensure that the customer experience meets what is promised during the initial consultation. This Field Manager oversees a small crew of 3 or 4 and ensures all work is done properly.
Daily Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Visiting 1 to 2 job sites per day. Interacting with the homeowners. Ensuring the Gridiron Roofing Installation Process is being adhered to. Taking photographs of job progress. Reporting to the Operations Manager. Delivering materials/hauling waste. Leading by Example.
The successful candidate will have the following: Strong initiative Experience communicating with both customers and employees. Attention to detail.
The ability to anticipate and plan and ACT. Roofing experience is required. High School diploma and/or GED is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
