Gridiron Roofing & Construction Co. is looking for a motivated, organized and team-oriented individual to become the General Manager of our newest location.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success and a background in training and motivating others.
Responsibilities :
- Building a team of highly driven salespeople
- Building a team of skilled and dependable Field Managers
- Training and motivating your team
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Reporting to the CEO
- Overseeing the growth of your location
- Protecting the integrity of the system
