your resume and one of our recruiters will call to discuss this position in more detail. Responsibilities include: Assist the operations manager/Owner in developing the annual company plan. Manage all accounting activities relating to G/L, A/R, A/P, and payroll.
Produce company financial statements within seven business days after the close of each month. Ensure that collection of money is occurring at the point of replacement or repair, or proper paperwork for financing is being signed at the point of replacement or repair.
Manage accounts payable to take advantage of all available discounts from vendors. Be responsible for the collecting and archiving of key performance data such as number of calls run, average sale amounts, closing ratios, customer renewal percentages etc...
Manage company assets such as vehicles, information systems, and communication systems. Conduct exit polls.
Summary
As an Office Manager, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the senior management team. Your role encompasses overseeing daily administrative functions, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining organizational efficiency. - Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping

- Knowledge of medical office management and front desk operations
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and calendar scheduling
