Job Description
Gridless is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support questions. Your responsibilities will include providing front line technical support to customers, supporting the sales team, and helping support installations with new customers.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate is organized, patient, and has excellent interpersonal and communications skills. They must be customer oriented and enjoy working with a small team in a highly collaborative environment. Experience with troubleshooting IoT devices and camera systems is a plus.
Responsibilities Include
- Answer the customer support line and either resolve any issues or escalate to the proper support person.
- Provide guidance to customers as they deploy Gridless battery technology and be able to answer basic support and setup questions.
- Escalate any customer issues with the relevant department.
- Track order progress with the production department and communicate lead times to the sales team.
- Support other tasks related to sales and logistics as the need arises.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, balance multiple priorities, achieve deadlines
- Ability to work in a startup environment with a small team
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with with IP cameras and video management systems is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
