Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Team Collaboration:
Inspire and guide the production, warehouse, permitting, and estimating teams to achieve their highest potential.
Promote a growth-oriented and team-focused culture that prioritizes mutual support, professional development, and shared success.
Act as a bridge between operations and other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, and design) to align goals and processes for optimal results.
2. Production Oversight:
Lead the successful execution of projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
Identify and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
Collaborate with the Construction Team Leader and build team to ensure efficient allocation of resources, prioritizing both team capacity and client satisfaction.
3. Warehouse Management:
Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management and material distribution, to support seamless project execution.
Continuously refine storage and logistics processes to maximize efficiency and resource availability for projects.
4. Permitting and Compliance:
Guide the permitting team to secure timely approvals for all projects, ensuring no delays impact clients or operations.
Maintain rigorous compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, keeping client and team trust at the forefront.
5. Estimating Coordination:
Work collaboratively with the estimating team to deliver accurate, competitive, and timely project estimates.
Align estimates with client expectations and design objectives, working closely with sales and design teams to foster transparency and trust.
6. Operational Excellence:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and maintain a high standard of operational excellence.
Monitor and report on KPIs, including production timelines, resource utilization, and client satisfaction metrics.
Implement proactive solutions to address operational challenges, preventing disruptions and maintaining team morale.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in operations management, construction, or related fields, demonstrating a consistent growth mindset.
