What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bus Driver - REOPENED position at Gridley Unified School District?
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (general education degree - GED)
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a bus driver or one (1) year of commercial driving experience or equivalent
- Possession of a valid CA License with Passenger Transportation endorsement, a valid CA Bus Driver Certificate, and a current Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Current First Aid and CPR certification as required for bus drivers
- Ability to pass medical examination as required for school bus drivers.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to accept directions and carry out oral and written instructions.
- Ability to maintain a cooperative working relationship with others.
