GridSource is seeking a Field Supervisor in Gulf Breeze, FL. This role involves managing and overseeing the performance of field staff for various projects, coordinating work across departments, and participating in hands-on construction or digital communication tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3 years in the communications industry required; 5 years preferred
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training preferred
- Skills: Strong communication, data analysis, and hands-on participation skills
What You’ll Do:
- Implement safety and training procedures per OSHA regulations
- Instruct new personnel on equipment and drawing standards
- Manage field staff crews and coordinate project information
- Review project scope, design, and arrange crew plans
- Communicate effectively with other departments and handle escalating issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and apply good judgment
