Position Summary
Internal Service Advisors are the backbone of our Pre-Owned Department at Hgreg Orlando. They are focused, self-starters, and possess exceptional time management skills and are outstanding communicators. They put the customer at the center of everything that we do and hit every detail. They provide proper estimates, inform every guest of their scheduled maintenance based on mileage and maintenance history, and keep our guests' vehicles in top condition.

They provide proper estimates, inform every guest of their scheduled maintenance based on mileage and maintenance history, and keep our guests' vehicles in top condition.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide proper estimates and document any changes made to repair order
- Obtain authorization from Used Car Manager or Executive Manager before performing necessary repairs
- Dispatch work to appropriate technicians and set realistic and efficient completion timeline
- Dispatch vehicles to body shop as needed with a 3 day turnaround time or less
- Quality check work performed on vehicle
- Update management on work being performed on the vehicle and notify as soon as the vehicle is ready for the frontline.
- Maintain an updated Google Sheets of all vehicles that are in progress at all times
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of Google products (Gmail, sheets, ect.)
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual is a plus
- 1 year of automotive internal service advisor experience required
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of Google products (Gmail, Google Sheets, ect)
- Reynolds & Reynolds knowledge preferred, but not necessary
