SERVICE LANE ASSISTANT

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Greeting and assisting customers.
• Booking appointments for service repairs.
• Advising customers on required work and associated costs.
• Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Creating and managing work orders.
• Processing service-related paperwork.
• Maintaining accurate records of payments and invoices.
• Handling light bookkeeping duties.
• Ensuring smooth operation of the service department.
• Liaising with the service manager and workshop staff.
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Monitoring the progress of repairs and communicating updates to customers.
