*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, HVAC/R, and general maintenance. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring facilities operate smoothly, we want to hear from you. *Responsibilities* - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, air filters, and HVAC filters - Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including wiring, circuits, and equipment - Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues - Utilize tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and welders to diagnose and fix problems - Assist with high voltage systems and field service work - Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems - Work with logic controllers to ensure proper functioning of equipment - Support militarise efforts within the facilities *Requirements* - Proven experience in facility maintenance and repair - Proficiency in using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and welders - Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and high voltage equipment - Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
