Our growing Watertown manufacturing team and facility is seeking hardworking, self managing, positive individuals who are looking for stable employment in the firearms industry. Our team members enjoy a fun working atmosphere but still take the job serious and complete real work every day.

We do not micromanage so you must be a self - starter and be able to manage yourself with very little oversight.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
This job will require light assembly work, such as material handling, product assembly, packaging products, and finishing parts with blasting equipment. As well as more in-depth technical work such as, welding, heat treating, painting, running industrial equipment, etc. The working day here differs from day to day. You will be conducting different tasks by using different equipment each day.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically is required

Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly line processes
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
- Familiarity with factory and manufacturing facility environments
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Valid driver's license is necessary
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
