You will be supported by higher-level skilled industry professionals who can assist in augmenting your success at Griffin Armament through the training and integration process. All operators go through an on-the-job transitional training process, which is relatively relaxed and focused. However, if you have an average work drive or lack of attention to detail or safety, please do not apply. Machines include the use of tool life management, tool load monitoring, high-pressure coolant systems, as well as automatic tool setters and part probes to ensure quality and efficiency. Our milling machines are current industry technology and are well featured and equipped to produce quality parts efficiently as long as operators adhere to and respect the companies protocols.
