Griffin Armament is an industry-leading manufacturing technology company in the firearms market segment and is seeking a motivated and positive individual to join our Watertown, Wisconsin team.

In this position we are looking for a professional, organized, and driven individual who is passionate about helping us add to our team. This person must be aggressive in pursing leads as they present themselves, and aggressive in seeking out information regarding hiring from upper management. This job is 100% performance biased. You will be judged on your ability to present quality applicants to lead positions.

WHO YOU ARE :

We are looking for someone who is excited to enter a new company and help us grow our team. We are looking for a motivated and energetic team player who desires job stability year to year in the firearms market.

This job will consist of combing through the resumes we receive every day. We use a variety of onboarding platforms that you will be responsible for managing. You will also be responsible for following our initial screening processes. Once employees are prescreened they will then be handed to upper management daily for further evaluation.

This job requires a basic computer skills, professionalism, people skills, and the drive to want to get tasks done in a acceptable amount of time.

We all work hard but have a fun time doing it. We do not micromanage so you must be a self-starter and have the ability to manage yourself with very little oversight.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE POSITION :

• A positive uplifting attitude that results in consistent customer satisfaction
• Ability to adhere to task management and scheduling/reporting requirements.
• High proficiency in oral and written communication skills (Good grammar, spelling, and creative writing)
• High School Diploma
