We are currently seeking an experienced Auto Body Repair Technician. This will be a full time, flat rate, commission based pay position or have the option of hourly, efficiency rated pay. Qualified applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years in the auto body repair field as a working technician. Must have your own hand tools. We are seeking a versatile, and ambitious auto technician. We are a well equipped repair facility with 2 paint booths, 2 frame machines and much more.
----QUALIFICATIONS----
- Previous professional working automotive collision experience.
- Must possess own hand tools
- Must be proficient with your time and always willing to learn new procedures
----DUTIES----
- Perform straightening of body panels to achieve perfect, pre-accident condition.
- Repair damaged vehicles using OEM repair procedures as well as I-Car Training standards.
- Tear down and reassembly of body and some minor mechanical related items.
- Structural and non structural repairs and/or replacement of parts.
- Perform duties as directed by the Shop Manager.
- Achieve proper gaps and fitment between panels.
- Be able to assess and clearly document needs of vehicle.
- Clearly communicate needs to estimator or manager.
- Maintain an organized and acceptable work area.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
