Responsibilities

• Conduct tire services including installation, rotation, and alignment.
• Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in heavy lifting as required during vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Experience

• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various hand tools.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and tire service operations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed in a fast-paced environment.
