PART TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT
Part- time office/accounting position, may work into full-time opportunity for the right candidate. On the job training with advancement opportunities. Griffin Beverage Co., a family owned beverage distributor, located in West Branch, MI is looking for an individual with a positive attitude, and flexibility who thrives in a fast paced work environment. Ability to multi task, communicate effectively, prioritize and pay attention to detail are essential skills for this position. Some evenings required. Drug free workplace.
Job Summary:
Duties include a variety of office support functions including accounts receivable, processing deposits, answering phone system, entering orders, driver reconciliation, new account maintenance and set up, file and data base management.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as a team on multiple tasks. Must be able to coordinate and communicate well with others, good at time management, comfortable with technology and able to learn job specific programs, be reliable and able to meet deadlines.
A combination of education or experience with computers, accounting, and knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365 Suite preferred. Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Teams very helpful.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 29 per week
