Job Summary
The Lead Yard Technician is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a yard, including managing staff, equipment, and inventory. They ensure the yard is safe, clean, and efficient, and that all orders are fulfilled.
Responsibilities
- Works alongside other Yard Technician(s) and oversee their work
- Keep track of equipment inventory levels and ensure products are stored properly in an organized manner to optimize yard flow.
- Inspect and test pumps on test tank and ensure it's used safely
- Ensure the yard runs smoothly and efficiently, and that all orders are fulfilled
- Ensure the yard is safe for employees, customers, and visitors
- Resolve customer issues and provide a good customer experience
- Ensure the yard complies with all OSHA and Griffin regulations.
