Hello.
We Are DesignScene.
DesignScene is an international creative production agency with offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, and Singapore. We craft design-led events and experiential marketing campaigns for brands worldwide.
We are looking to grow and strengthen our team with the addition of an experienced, dynamic Mid / Senior Experiential / Events Producer, to work across physical, digital, and hybrid events and activations. This role will be primarily based in our London global headquarters with the opportunity to travel and work from our other international offices (New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Singapore) or varied event locations for periods of up to 3 months at a time. This working structure allows for the building of a "One Team" global team mindset and sharing of process knowledge across our global operations.
You will have a minimum of 5 years’ agency experience as a producer with 2 years at a senior level and enjoy rising to a challenge. Outstanding time management, organisational skills, and a passion for live experiences are essential. Knowledge of content management is a plus. Strong project management skills and client-facing experience are key to the success of this role.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Mid / Senior Producer to work with a talented global team on hugely creative and innovative projects. Our major international clients include Amazon, Braze, Snap, Roku, and Live Nation, for whom we activate worldwide. Domestic and International travel will therefore be essential.
Versatility is also key in this role - you will have both proven IRL and virtual event experience and be happy to work across different project types and sizes, with a flexibility of approach to ensure the delivery team is supported and the project is delivered to our high standards.
