Boldspace are hiring for a social-first Senior Account Executive to join our consumer brand reputation team (PR).
You will work alongside a team of consumer PR specialists, proactively crafting and executing social-first PR campaigns that help our clients maximise their reach and impact on social channels.
Responsibilities :
Social Media Expertise : You will have a robust understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices to engage diverse audiences.
Writing and Communication Skills : Strong writing abilities are essential, enabling you to create captivating content for social media, press releases, and blog posts.
Client Management : You will be adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and that they receive exceptional service.
Creative Thinking : Experience in developing creative content strategies and executing campaigns that align with client goals.
Analytics and Reporting : Proficiency in analyzing social media performance metrics and PR outcomes to provide actionable insights for improvement.
Team Collaboration : You should be comfortable working collaboratively within a team and contributing to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaigns.
Adaptability : A proactive and flexible approach to handle changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
Minimum Requirements :
3-5 years of experience in social media within a PR / Agency environment.
Proven track record of managing social-first PR campaigns and achieving measurable results for clients.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and create engaging content.
Understanding of social media analytics and tools to track performance and ROI.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and working collaboratively with clients and team members.
A proactive, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for staying current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
