Job Summary
As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and
achieving our growth targets. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, motivate, and
guide a team of skilled sales professionals to exceed sales objectives and deliver
exceptional customer satisfaction. With your proven leadership abilities, industry
expertise, and customer-centric approach, you will play a critical role in establishing
ourdealership as the premier destination for automotive sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership sales goals and
targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants, fostering a culture of
excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Provide training, guidance, and support to sales team members, ensuring they
have the knowledge and resources to succeed.
Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular
feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, promoting
exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure
seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments,
adjusting sales strategies as needed.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify areas of
improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and updates to
the sales team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record
of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Previous experience in a leadership role, managing a sales team and driving their
performance.
In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes, techniques, and trends.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in using sales management software and CRM systems.
