What Youll Do:
- Get out in the field, meeting both new and established customers across your region. Build relationships, close deals, and make a name for yourself in the market.
- Use samples and catalogs to demonstrate the benefits of our premium horticultural products. Make a lasting impression on customers.
- Handle everything from pricing and contracts to accurate order entry. Ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed targets. Provide expert solutions that keep customers coming back.
- Keep everything organized with accurate reporting and order tracking.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A degree in Business, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field is a bonus.
- 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in horticulture or agriculture.
- Proven success in hitting sales targets and working with wholesale/retail customers.
- A passion for horticulture and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with CRM software and order systems.
- Organized, self-motivated, and ready to hustle!

The salary for this role will be determined based on various factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 plus commission and may be adjusted in the future. In addition, this position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health, disability, life, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
