What Youll Do:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and grow your customer base in your assigned region.
- Provide expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of the company.
- Generate quotes, process orders, and manage customer inquiries with precision.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, meeting customer expectations.
- Collaborate with collections teams to monitor customer accounts and maintain responsible sales practices.
- Participate in team meetings and maintain confidentiality of all company communications.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelors degree in Business, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the horticultural or agricultural industry.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Familiarity with horticultural products and market trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other computer systems.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and sales tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving personal and team success.

The salary for this role will be determined based on various factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000, plus commission and may be adjusted in the future. In addition, this position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health, disability, life, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
