What Youll Do:
- Keep our warehouse organized, clean, and safe, ensuring efficiency every day.
- Assist with cycle counts, rotating stock, and managing damaged or lost materials.
- Safely pick, palletize, and stage products for timely shipments.
- Accurately receive, label, and inspect incoming products for quality assurance.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and high lifts safely (training provided).
- Assist walk-in customers with counter sales and ensure their needs are met.
- Help train new hires and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but were happy to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience is a bonus).

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the seamless operation of our warehouse. Working under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to support and contribute to daily warehouse activities. This multifaceted role requires you to engage in general labor tasks across various functions while maintaining open communication with team members and providing exceptional customer service as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The following duties are essential to this position. Management may assign additional duties as necessary.
- Maintains and ensures that the warehouse operations environment is well organized, clean, and safe throughout the day.
- Participates in cycle count process.
- Safely and accurately pick, palatize, and stage product for shipping.
- Safely and accurately receive, label product, and confirm condition.
- Maintains proper rotation of inventory.
- Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials and report them to the branch manager.
- Utilized dedicated computerized programs for UPS and FedEx.
- Daily forklift inspections.
- Must be able to safely operate pallet jack, high-lift, and forklift and will be required to be certified provided by company and our policies and procedures.
- Ensure paperwork has been marked for Hazardous Materials on Bill-of-Lading when necessary.
- Ensure all product is Properly loaded and secured product for deliveries.
- Maintains consistent and frequent open lines of communication with the appropriate personnel regarding daily activities.
- Provides excellent customer service and conducts counter sales from walk-in customers as needed.
- Assist as a mentor as needed in the training program lead by assistant manager for new hires.
- Maintain and build positive relationships with management, team members, and customers.
- This position requires regular and reliable attendance and adherence to work schedules. Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- Prior experience in shipping and receiving is a plus, but not mandatory. Candidates with previous experience in a distribution warehousing environment will be highly regarded.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Certification in forklift operation, or the ability to obtain certification provided by the company.
- Supervisory experience not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods.
- Proficiency in operating pallet jacks, high lifts, and forklifts.
