Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Outreach :
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to convert qualified students to the nursing programs through phone calls, emails, and in-person events.
Actively prospect, qualify, and convert inquiries into enrollment through a sales based approach.
Conduct outreach activities, including presentations at high schools, community events, career fairs, and technical schools.
Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, technical school advisors, and other community partners to generate leads and referrals.
Meet or exceed enrollment targets by maintaining a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment.
Manage the admissions database, ensuring all interactions and updates are accurately recorded and tracked.
Admissions Process :
Guide prospective students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a high level of customer service and support.
Evaluate applicant qualifications in accordance with program requirements and provide guidance on prerequisites, program options, and career pathways.
Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their fit and readiness for nursing programs.
Sales and Conversion :
Utilize strong sales skills to engage, motivate, and enroll prospective students.
Meet or exceed enrollment goals by converting inquiries into applicants and guiding them through to registration.
Track and analyze admissions data to monitor progress toward goals and adjust strategies as needed.
Communication and Follow-Up :
Maintain regular communication with prospective students through various channels (phone, email, text, social media) to provide information, answer questions, and encourage application completion.
Coordinate follow-up activities, including scheduling campus visits, informational sessions, and one-on-one meetings.
Collaboration and Team Support :
Collaborate with nursing faculty, financial aid, and student services teams to ensure a smooth transition for students from admission to enrollment.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of marketing materials, presentations, and recruitment events.
Compliance and Documentation :
Ensure all admissions activities are conducted in compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and state regulations.
