What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Relations Representative - Per Diem - Weekend Availability Required position at Griffin Hospital?
*We're looking for someone who has availability not only during the day but the evenings and weekends as well. Coverage could be any day/s Monday-Sunday.
*We staff the desk daily from 6am-8pm.
MAIN FUNCTION: Staffing the Information and Reception Desk in the Main Lobby of the hospital. Greets and registers all incoming guests and visitors. Answers Information Desk telephone queries, directs to appropriate departments when necessary. Serves as a resource to internal and external questions. Directs visitors to destination when necessary.
EDUCATION: High School graduate, A.S. degree preferred
EXPERIENCE: Guest/Customer Relations experience preferred; Excellent interpersonal skills required.
