Job Overview
This job description outlines the responsibilities of an Oilfield Pumper, which include:
- Monitoring & Maintenance:
- Gauging tank batteries.
- Inspecting and maintaining production equipment (e.g., free water knockouts, dehydrators, compressors, separators, pumps, heater treaters, etc.).
- Troubleshooting minor issues on pumping units/pumpjacks.
- Operating triplex pumps and other oil and gas facility equipment.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Maintaining a cell phone service at all times.
- Preparing and send by text daily reports, including gauge reports, cost data, oil sales tickets, well tests, fluid levels, and downtime reports.
- Responsibility for Coverage:
- Hiring and paying for a relief pumper if absent to ensure daily duties are completed.
Experience is required. We are taking bid for 100 wells within a 10 mile radius. The wells are located roughly 20 mile south west of Pratt. If you are interested please apply and call the office to discuss. Our office is located at 126 S Main St. Pratt KS , phone is 620-672-9700.
