Griffin Partners LLP, a premier litigation firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our team in Edwards, CO. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with great organizational skills, effective case management, ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and help wherever needed. You will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of an attorney. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience, be familiar with e-filing in state / federal courts, calendaring / docketing, and various legal administrative duties.
Legal Assistant / Paralegal Responsibilities :
- Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents / pleadings.
- Must have experience with e-filing in state / federal courts.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses and opposing counsel to schedule meetings, interviews and depositions
- Manage, organize, and maintain documents in electronic filing systems
- Provide general administrative assistance, such as maintaining the attorney's calendar and making travel arrangements.
