Our sales associates guide the customer journey from inquiry to installation. We're looking for customer enthusiasts who can help home and business owners navigate a remodeling investment. While you will certainly be expected to soak up product knowledge, your most important trait is the ability to bond with prospective customers. You're the kind of person that customers naturally like and trust.
Our best sales associates view themselves as a business within the business, leveraging their personal brands alongside our powerful national and local branding. As such, you should be equally comfortable greeting customers in the showroom and promoting our store. While you place a premium on the customer experience, you also don't hesitate to close when the time is right. You have the conviction to do what's right for your customers by helping them acquire the flooring of their dreams! Duties
Expectations for the Sales Consultant Must know Flooring
- Maintain a clean and neat showroom
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Handle sales from start to finish
- Sell flooring and remodeling
- Answer customer questions
- Help customer with decorating and / or handing over to our designer for advice
- Making the most of in store, phone and internet leads
- Following up with clients
- Undergo product and sales training to become a flooring professional
Requirements
