Griffis/Blessing is looking for an Assistant Manager to support our community, Cobblestone Ridge Apartments, 208 units located in Colorado Springs, CO.
The ideal Assistant Manager will bring superstar experience, reliability, good judgment, good communication skills, both written and verbal, outstanding customer service as well as the ability to work without direct supervision.

- Do you work well being a vital part of a cooperative team? Ability to work well with residents, supervisor, employees, and vendors is key to success.
- The Assistant Manager provides support for the Property Manager, the Leasing and Service Teams and is capable of filling in for the Property Manager as needed..
- Assistant Manager candidates who stand out, hold a Bachelor’s or Associate degree; two or more years' prior experience in leasing with progressive responsibility and/or sales preferred, demonstrated ability to "close" sales.
- CAM, ARM or NALP certificates helpful.
- Knowledge of Entrata and Yardi software is helpful.
- Savvy social media skills are helpful.
- Must possess a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
