Job Description:
We are seeking a Training Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for creating and editing training curriculum and providing training on customer service, Entrata software, the leasing process, financial reporting, fair housing, evictions and delinquency management, leadership, and the Griffis/Blessing mentor program. The position will report to the Senior Vice President, Property Operations Group.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and update training materials and curriculum
· Conduct training sessions on customer service, leasing, and property management processes
· Provide education on Entrata software and financial reporting
· Train employees on Fair Housing laws, eviction procedures, and delinquency management.
· Lead Leadership Development Programs and the Griffis/Blessing Mentor Program
· Collaborate with departments to ensure training meets operational needs
· Monitor and assess training effectiveness
Qualifications:
· 5 years of experience in property management
· Prior training experience required
· Strong planning and organizational skills
· Dynamic personality with excellent communication skills
· Ability to adapt training methods to various learning styles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
