Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the nursing staff and ensure the highest standards of patient care within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices, particularly in Peri-Operative Services, Surgery, and/or Ambulatory Surgery. This role is pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment that promotes quality patient outcomes while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursing teams, in collaboration with the center's Administrator, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices.
- Provide training and development opportunities for nursing staff to enhance their skills.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Completes staffing schedules, staffing evaluations, staff competencies, staff education, staff in-services, etc.
Requirements
- Current NYS RN license with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
- Proven experience in Operating Room, Peri-Op, Endo/GI, ASU, etc.
- Strong knowledge of basic life support techniques and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
