Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly clinical consultation and support to assigned contractors.
- Maintain consultation files and documentation as per contract requirements.
- Submit consultation records to Program Supervisors for monthly review.
- Notify Program Supervisors of critical incidents promptly.
- Liaise with Program Supervisors regarding funder or referral concerns.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for assigned contractors during their absence.
- Participate in after-hours Mandatory Medicaid Crisis Phone coverage.
- Attend weekly Team Consultation Meetings (80% attendance required).
- Conduct clinical audits for all funders (30-day and 90-day intervals).
- Review and sign off on Therapy Notes, County monthlies, and invoices.
- Manage contractor caseloads and update Program Supervisors on status changes.
- Assist in contractor termination processes when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Licensed LPC, LCSW or LMFT required.
- Strong commitment to ethical standards and professional growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have an NPI number and be registered in DORA.
- Trade name registered with the state.
- Professional liability insurance.
