What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Preservation Program Manager position at Griffith Centers?
The Family Preservation Program Manager is responsible for leading, managing and holding accountable tasks, data and rocks for all Family Time Facilitators/Behavior Coaches contractors, Northern Office Manager, Referral and Intake Coordinators, as applicable. This position is responsible for supervising and supporting office operations, developing stakeholder relationships, ensuring quality control of services and supervision of Family Time Facilitation/Behavior Coach providers. This role will work independently and demonstrate solid leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Business Operations: fulfills assigned responsibilities related to the Entrepreneurial Operating System.
- Interviews and recruits potential contractors, assists in contractor hiring and orientation, and assists in the termination of contracts.
- Collaboration with other clinical consultants and supervisors to ensure coordination of services.
- Oversees program development including, but not limited to, securing new referral sources, gathering feedback regarding programs, attending recurring meetings with referral sources to ensure needs are being met, and adjusting program(s) to better fit community needs and requirements.
- Administers the program aspects according to standards of quality, conduct and practice as outlined by local, state and federal regulations and best practice standards, other licensing agencies, and standards set by the Griffith Centers and its governing board.
- Works with the Clinical Supervisors/Consultants to assign cases/referrals to contractors and service providers within 24 hours of receipt.
- Actively participates and collaborates with community partners and referral sources, and participates in treatment teams as necessary.
- Oversees all internal and external billing-related tasks on a weekly basis (invoices and notes).
- Reports critical incidents to the Clinical Program Manager and/or Director of Outpatient Mental and Behavioral Health.
- Provides support for new service providers.
- Actively participates in internal Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) initiatives.
- Demonstrates professional and personal concern for clients health and safety.
- Provides monthly program updates to the Director of Mental and Behavioral Health Services.
- Provides adequate supervision to all supervisees to meet standards of Griffith Centers, Behavioral Health Administration, Medicaid, DORA and CDHS contracts.
- Upholds standards regarding timely and professional completion and distribution of client/case paperwork and reviews such paperwork to ensure contractors are maintaining such standards.
- Ensures quality service programming is in place for Griffith Centers clients and identifies and recommends necessary changes to ensure standards and accreditation are maintained.
- Provides and documents individual and group supervision for assigned teams.
- Keeps timely and accurate records of all paperwork to the highest standard.
- Counsels and assists team with program and client issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Personally visits all assigned Griffith Centers OMBH sites each month, Grand Junction at least quarterly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in one of the Human Behavioral Sciences fields required.
- Minimum of two years experience in the family preservation services field preferred.
- Proficient in rules, regulations and best practice standards as outlined by local, state, and federal agencies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of community work and the social work systems.
- Ability to work an open and flexible schedule to meet assigned staff, client, and program needs, including some holidays, nights and weekends.
- Ability to maintain healthy emotional and physical boundaries in personal and professional relationships
- Ability to work with sensitivity to the cultural and/or socioeconomic diversity of the agencys clients and staff.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and trust.
- Valid drivers license and insurance with the ability to travel on behalf of the organization.
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
