- Lead and manage teams to achieve Lean manufacturing principles, tools, and techniques ">
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies ">
- Oversee warehouse, shipping, maintenance, and sanitation functions to keep the facility in compliance with food industry GMPs ">
- Partner with HR in talent management, diversity, inclusion, recognition, and morale improvement strategies ">
Key Responsibilities
">The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the efficient use of space, equipment, and employees ">
- Managing production requirements and modifying plans to maintain profitable operation of the plant ">
- Developing and managing the operations budget to achieve budgeted goals ">
- Coaching and developing employees at all levels within the plant ">
- Building strong relationships with customers, sister companies, and global functions to share best manufacturing and supply chain practices ">
Education and Experience
">The successful candidate will possess:

- Bachelor's degree and ten years of manufacturing management experience ">
- Supply Chain, Lean, and/or Six Sigma education (a plus) ">
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and change ">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ">
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment ">
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook ">
- Travel up to 20% ">
