The Technology Adoption Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of new technologies across the organization. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of change management principles. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology education, SharePoint, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Roles & Responsibilities: What are the core elements of the job duties, the primary day-to-day responsibilities & activities   Technology Education: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate all Griffith employees on new technologies and tools focused on the Microsoft Stack (M365, SharePoint, CoPilot, AI…. etc..) Create and maintain educational materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs. Conduct workshops and lunch-and-learn sessions to promote technology adoption and best practices. SharePoint/MS Teams Management: Oversee the implementation and management of SharePoint/MD Teams sites to enhance collaboration and information sharing. Ensure SharePoint sites are user-friendly, well-organized, and aligned with business needs. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of SharePoint/MS Teams features. Communications: Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about technology initiatives and updates. Create engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, emails, and intranet posts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals. Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during technology rollouts while help align change management processes and strategies globally Conduct impact assessments and identify potential resistance points. Work closely with business units to address concerns and ensure successful adoption of new technologies. Continuous Improvement: Establish a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and updating processes and tools. Alignment  and work with cross functional team leaders with focus ongoing improvement recommendations Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement. Implement best practices and lessons learned to drive ongoing improvements.               Functional Knowledge:  Describe breadth and depth of knowledge of functional work and activities required Proven experience in technology adoption, change management, and communications. Strong knowledge of SharePoint and its capabilities. Experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Designer. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Change Management skill set to assist in project and program management Advanced SharePoint capabilities and knowledge to support business requests Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and reporting. Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Trello. Business Expertise:  Describe knowledge and expertise required about the business and industry in which the business functions The manager must have a comprehensive knowledge of Griffith Foods' business operations, including its products, services, and market positioning. This includes understanding the company's digital strategy, business transformation projects, aspirations and the specific needs of various departments such as marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service. Familiarity with the company's goals for enhancing digital presence and customer engagement is essential. Overall, the Technology Adoption Program Manager must combine business acumen with industry expertise to drive successful technology adoption and support Griffith Foods' long-term growth and success. Leadership: Describe the nature of leadership required and guidance provided to others Internal Reports to Global IT Project Management Lead. Relationships with members of the Global IT team and regional functional teams. Interactions with global and regional business partners as needed. External External suppliers/third parties as appropriate Problem Solving:  Describe the level of analytical thinking required to perform the job The Technology Adoption Program Manager role requires a high level of analytical thinking to effectively drive technology adoption and manage change within the organization. This position involves several key analytical tasks: Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: The manager must analyze complex problems related to technology implementation and user adoption. This involves identifying root causes, evaluating potential solutions, and making informed decisions to address challenges and improve processes. Data Analysis: The role requires the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of technology adoption initiatives. This includes using tools like Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and reporting, which helps in making data-driven decisions Impact Assessment: Conducting impact assessments to understand the potential effects of new technologies on various business units and stakeholders is crucial. This involves evaluating both qualitative and quantitative data to predict outcomes and plan accordingly. Continuous Improvement: The manager must regularly review and update processes and tools based on feedback and performance metrics. This requires a systematic approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices Strategic Thinking: Developing and executing communication and change management strategies requires a strategic mindset.
