Position Title : Physician Specialist

Shift hours : M-F 8 : 00 a.m. 4 : 30 pm

Responsibilities :
- Provide psychiatric and medical services.
- Admit, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with facility standards.
- Document assessments, treatments, and discharge plans in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Enter medication orders using the WinPharm pharmacy system.
- Actively participate in individualized, multidisciplinary treatment planning and discharge coordination.
- Contribute to hospital-wide performance improvement activities and medical staff assignments.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to prepare court reports and serve as an expert witness during hearings.
