Griffon is seeking a hands-on technical leader who can actively contribute to software tasks while guiding and managing the team
DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Experience implementing DevSecOps tools and processes, including CI / CD pipelines, security testing, and automation.
- Strong understanding of software architectures, embedded systems, and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience in UAS, aerospace, or defense software development.
- Knowledge of cloud-based DevSecOps environments, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and security frameworks (Zero Trust, RMF).
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS), flight control software, or embedded development is preferred.
- Experience working in a DoD or military aviation environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with disparate functional groups.
