This is a remote position for Central and East Coast candidates.

Summary :

Leads the Plasma Operations budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis activities.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Leads Plasma Operations forecasting process including the annual budget and all interim forecasting activities.
• Issues monthly and quarterly reports to all cost center managers comparing actual performance to the company’s forecast.
• Works with Operations on reforecasting Center Plasma volumes.
• Develops and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
• Develops and executes data analysis strategies to identify patterns and trends that inform strategic decision-making.
• Manages and develops a team of data analysts and planners, providing continuous guidance and support.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of business strategies and action plans.
• Oversees the creation of reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Leads and maintains PowerBI as the main reporting and analysis tool.
• Manages new center capital planning and analysis.
• Conducts feasibility studies and business cases to evaluate potential solutions to business needs.
• Leads various financial analyses related to capital investments, strategic projects, and resource allocation.
• Applies advanced analysis and statistical modeling techniques to optimize business strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Finance or Business-related experience, including experience managing a staff.

Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and / or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements.

Occupational Demands :

Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Occasionally walks. Occasionally bends and twists neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs. Frequently drives to site locations, frequently travels within the United States, and occasional international travel.

This position is eligible to participate in up to 15% of the company bonus pool. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on education, experience, skillset, knowledge, where the role is performed, internal equity, and market data.
