Job Description
As a Medical Collector, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in determining the suitability of donors for plasma donation.
- Establishing rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction and donor confidentiality.
- Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions.
- Monitoring donor and equipment to ensure the health and quality of our products.
- Setting up, disconnecting, and operating automated plasmapheresis machines.
- Disconnecting and disposing of contaminated disposable equipment.
