Phlebotomist Role
We are seeking a patient, reliable, and customer-focused Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have superior customer service standards, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Determining the suitability of donors for plasma donation.
- Establishing rapport with donors to ensure their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining confidentiality.
- Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions.
- Monitoring donor and equipment health to ensure quality product.
- Safely operating automated plasmapheresis machines and disposing of contaminated disposable equipment.
