Center Medical Specialist Role
We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Center Medical Specialist at one of our plasma donation centers. As a valued member of our family-like culture, you will have opportunities to grow with us.
You will be responsible for:
- Performing physical examinations and establishing medical history to determine donor suitability
- Building rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Maintaining donor and staff confidentiality
- Providing donor education regarding general health and counseling on unacceptable test results
- Evaluating and managing donor injuries and adverse events
- Assisting in employee training and administering the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be:
- Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT
- CPR certification required
